Employment Services
Provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in employment readiness and skills training, transitional employment, and supportive employment programs.
Social Recreation
Day Programs
Offered on a full or part-time basis, our Adult Day Center in Chambersburg, PA provides a focal point for friends to gather, participate in local activities and attend community events.
Adult Social Recreation
The Keystone Education Center provides the opportunities and resources needed to attain individual goals in the areas of vocation, education and community living.
Host Homes
This service provides psychosocial services that are effective in increasing competencies in the areas of interpersonal and community living skills.
Respite Care
By providing a temporary home for family members, our Respite Care Program offers the family a chance to take a vacation or strengthen relationships with other family members.
Targeted Case Management
A service for people with serious mental illness who are at risk of hospitalization. Through monitoring and problem solving, persons improve their functional skills to live successfully in the community.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation
These services assist children and adolescents in gaining the behaviors and skills to function in home, school, and community environments.
Therapeutic Foster Care
Provides intensive individualized care for children that require specialized care not available in traditional foster care families. Children are typically in the custody of Children and Youth.
Intensive Outpatient Services
Host Homes
This service provides psychosocial services that are effective in increasing competencies in the areas of interpersonal and community living skills.
Outreach to Homeless and Incarcerated
An outreach program for those who are in prison or on the streets and then engage them in services that they will need for residing successfuly in the community on a long-term basis.
Home & Community Based Services
Services are designed to provide support to people with developmental disabilities on a very individualized basis. Support is primarily provided to persons who are living at home with their families, and may also be provided in other environments to enhance existing services.
Supports to individuals in Nursing Homes
This service offers important education and advocacy services to individuals who are living in a nursing home.
Parenting
These parenting classes are for parents who want to build on their existing parenting skills or want to learn new ways to deal with their children's problem behavior. This program offers logical strategies and easy-to-learn techniques that address communication, discipline, decision-making, relationships, self-control, and school success.
Consultation and Education to Day Care Services
Services and education provided to the staff of licensed day care centers within Dauphin County designed to assist with the day care staff in appropriate interactions and interventions for children with behavioral or emotional difficulties.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
Provides acute management and review of ptoentially traumatic incidents, which have adversely affected the emotional welfare and job functioning of individuals or groups.
Head Start
Head Start is a federally funded, comprehensive child development program. Children enter the program in the year before they enter public school. The purpose of the program, as its name suggests, is to provide these children with a head start in life.
Early Head Start
This program offers Head Start services to eligible children from birth to three years of age.
Walk-in Center
Services to Incarcerated Mothers
A collaboration between Keystone and the PROGRAM for Female Offenders and Dauphin County prison, this service works to develop family goals that include strengthing the parent-child bond when the family returns to the community.
Fatherhood Initiative
This program seeks to address the issues of drug and alcohol abuse in teenage dads, adult drug and alcohol abuse, teenage delinquency, teen pregnancy and child abuse.
Partial Hospitalization
Services for individuals experiencing conditions that impair their day to day functioning and place them at risk of inpatient hospitalization.
Counseling/Therapies
Konrad Associates specializes in psychological evaluation and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Individual, group and couple services are provided as appropriate.
